Aullwood inspires, teaches, and involves!
Aullwood is an environmental education center in western Ohio. As an Audubon Center of the National Audubon Society, our goal is to promote the protection of birds, other wildlife and the habitats on which they depend. Aullwood offers both children and adults the opportunity to experience and appreciate the world through experience-based education. Discover our woods, streams, ponds, prairies, meadows, the Marie S. Aull Education Center and working organic farm. Learn more about us right here!
Our students do not often have opportunities to be outside, much less, in nature. A walk through the forest or seeing animals by a pond is an experience many have never had. Observing a child who typically cannot keep quiet himself, stop and cock an ear to the sky and then announce a specific type of bird is nearby is amazing!
Knowing how much our students have learned and grown from their experiences at Aullwood has made me forever indebted to you and nature in general! Thank you for making such a huge difference in our studentís lives.
